Rea Alotaya is founder of REASONS ORGANISATIONS a motivational mentor with a passion to help you de-clutter every aspect of your life. Reasons Organisation is a community interest company that offers one to one mentoring and home de cluttering for donation only fee and all the donations are to help those women within a refuge accommodation waiting to be rehoused. Supporting them to have a good start in their new life, giving clothing and home items. Funding to give them a home they can be proud off and feel empowered to be in. The women would be giving their time in a volunteering capacity and will be participating in self development courses with other agencies that in partnerships with REASONS ORGANISATIONS; GIFT, HEART2HEART, MAV etc.

Mothers Against Violence (MAV)

The organisation will be running a workshop which is a taster version of  their Road Map for Business Development course. The course material is designed to help identify and clarify the reasons why a student wishes to start a new business venture. It will be of assistance in identifying a potential business idea. It is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the skills and abilities that are required to establish and organise a business.

CARL MONTLAKE is the business development lead for the course. a business man who has successfully run companies within the clothing business, medical, motor and finance sector but to mention a few. He is a mentor for the Princess Trust and a qualified therapist in alternave medicine. Over the years he has supported charies in various formats including producing and writing a book where all the sales proceeds went to the Grand Lodge of England Charity.Carl has recently completed his second book, an autobiography wri&en with comedy anecdotes. He is in discussion with a number of publishers. Six years ago he joined the charity known as Mothers Against Violence ( MAV) as their volunteer business development lead. As part of his work Carl runs a specialised project called the “Road Map to Business” where he works daily with those less privileged in society and offenders to establish their own business or enterprise. This work is carried out with probation, across the prison estates, throughout the UK and at MAV o5ces. This work has proved highly successful and Carl has received many accolades for this work including a visit from the Home O5ce to a charitable evening where offenders who had gone through the process and changed their lives could tell their stories.Carl produced his own business course designed to help those wanting to take that first step and require to understand fully what will be expected of them. These courses are run as a workshop and include the development of a comprehensive business plan/cash 7ow, raising seed capital and long term mentoring support. A sample of the businesses he has helped include a Wa9es shop, Ice Cream and Milk Shake parlours, Bridal Hire, School of Music, Fibre Optics, Ta&oo Removal, Handmade Beds, Gothic Clothing, Language Services, Lingerie, Tyre Recycling, Classic Cars, Sports Information, Dating Agencies, Fancy Dress Retailer, Jewellery Sales, Day Care Nursery, Fashion Production, Catering, Plastering, Joinery, Decorating, Martial Arts and Personal Training. Carl believes that by providing hope where they may not be any, opportunity, training and support he can change people’s lives for the better.
